I feel like blushes are becoming the next big thing in the beauty community. Blushes can change your entire look and in just one swipe you can look dewier, healthier and even younger. Anastasia Beverly Hills recently released their Summer ’17 collection that included 5 different blush trio palettes. They were so kind and generous enough to send me all 5 palettes, so I wanted to review and swatch all of the Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trios for you! If you want to know why I love these blushes, keep reading below!!!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trios Review
The blush trios are rectangular in shape and come in the ABH signature, sleek black outer packaging.
The palettes themselves are made out of what feels like good quality hard plastic. They are glossy black, featuring the ABH logo in gold, with the instructions on the back as well. They have a really sturdy closure that clicks into place, and would not open if you were taking it travelling. The packaging feels expensive to me and it looks really nice and sleek. It includes a very good quality, full sized mirror that you could easily use when applying makeup.
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Blush Trios are $30USD and can be purchased from the Anastasia Beverly Hills website. I have purchased quite regularly from ABH before, and their shipping is always extremely fast and they have really great customer service. Shipping to Australia is around $18.95 USD which is a flat rate, so I would definitely suggest making a wish list and purchasing everything together, or combining your orders with your friends.
The blush trios contain 0.11 oz of product between the 3 blushes. If we compare to a higher price point brand such as Nars, which has blushes for also $30USD for 0.16 oz of product, you are getting slightly less product. However, I like the fact that you get three different shades in one as realistically I wouldn’t finish one shade, and I would prefer variety.
They have released 5 different palettes, each with a different colour scheme. I think any skin tone would be able to find their perfect blush trio.
Basically – Matte orchid pink

Anastasia Beverly Hills describes these as ‘Full pigment blushes for buildable intensity with a seamless finish’ and they are exactly that. The shades are quite pigmented and it is better to start with a light hand.
They feel very silky and are very finely milled which makes them effortlessly blendable. If you accidentally go overboard you can easily blend to make it look more seamless.
All of the shades are matte and there are a few that have fine shimmers in them, but they apply very matte too.
They are certified vegan and cruelty-free as well.
When using a brush, it picks up a good amount of product, so it is better to go in with a light hand and if needed to go back in.
I always set my makeup with a spray and I found that these lasted all day with really minimal fading.
I am really happy with the quality and formula of these blushes! I really like the fact that they come in a trio, so you are getting much more variety for your money, than if you purchased a single shade. You can also mix the shades to get even more shade variations from the one palette.
